  • Effectively manage conflict, interact with and respect diverse personalities, and meet ambiguity with resilience.
  • Employ personal strengths, knowledge, and talents to complement those of others.

Academic Advising

Your IU education is designed to provide opportunities for collaboration in the classroom. When you have your next group project, think about what role you play in your team and reflect on the experience. It might help you in an interview later! Be sure to meet with your academic advisor to find some potential classes that will help you develop your teamwork skills.

Intramural sports can be a great way to make friends, learn a new skill, and learn how to be an effective teammate.
