Accounting
Accounting focuses on recording business transactions and preparation of financial statements. In this major, accounting students learn how to assist a business with business transactions, preparing taxes, keeping accurate records, tracking costs, and more! This major is great for students who enjoy math and wish to develop analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.

Accounting requires future planning! The undergraduate Business degree requires a minimum of 120 credit hours. If you are interested in being a Certified Public Accounting (CPA), 150 credit hours are required. Some students consider graduate school to complete this requirement.
