The Law and Public Policy major are offered through the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental affairs. This major gives students the opportunity to gain skills and knowledge of legal institutions, how leaders in society shape public policy, and personally learn how to work with the law to accomplish their goals. The major provides students with the literacy to understand the U.S. legal system as well as literacy in the legal principles that shape public affairs. The degree is recommended for students who desire to pursue law or work in public policy organizations or the government sector.
